- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We purchased a generator from them after Harvey blew through and the lights went out. It cranked in the store, no problem. We got it home and it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. We called them at the store and they told us to bring it back and they would refund our money. Drove from Silsbee to Woodville when gas was a little hard to come by only to find they had closed for the day even though they knew we were coming. When it was returned on Tuesday they did not give the promised refund and called the cops on my husband when he got a little heated about it. They said it was low on oil. The man had checked the oil. Anyway, he put more oil in it when he got home. This time it ran for 20 minutes. The oil leaked out from every crevice it could find. I would not encourage you to deal with this establishment at all.By beth terrell, April 01, 2017
